About a year ago I started my first blog sale page. I didn't sell much on here so I took it down and sold stuff on Depop instead (my username is penniesforapound). But now I've got a few more beauty bits to sell I thought I'd post another one. I might make another blog sale page but for now we'll stick to this post. Please read the terms below and if you have any questions, tweet me at @naomi_joy_

• Postage will be calculated based on items purchased, all packages will be sent 2nd class and I will try and send all orders ASAP.

• Payments are to be made via Paypal (my email is in the bottom point). Select 'send money' and choose 'family or friends'. This is because paypal take a percentage from me if you select 'goods', so I don't get to even see some of the money.
• Payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving an email from me notifying you of the total, products will be marked as 'pending' in this period. After 24 hours, if not paid, the products will go back on sale.
• I will ask for proof of postage at the post office, but I will not be held responsible if royal mail damage the product in any way. I will package items carefully to ensure this doesn't happen.
• Returns are not accepted, look for swatches on-line to ensure you will be happy with your purchase.

Now, this is where the real deals came in!

Because I'm part of the Love your body scheme I get regular emails about latest deals and exclusive offers. The most recent one was to complete a simple survey and at the end you would get a free 250ml body butter which costs £13! I opted for the Olive one as I already have some fruity ones I need to use up and I think this will be a bit better for dryer skin. 

Next up I used the 3 for 2 offer again to get two tea tree pore minimizers and another bottle of the blemish night cream. Another offer that you can get on the newsletters is either £5 off £15 spend, £10 off £25 spend or £25 off when you spend £50 with specific codes you can use in store and online. Unfortunately these codes can't be used in conjunction with other offers such as the 3 for 2 so plan your offers wisely.
As I said earlier, every time you spend £10 or more you get a stamp on your card. When you reach your 4th stamp you get £5 off. This is where all the offers got a bit confusing and for some reason I needed to add this lipbalm (which was on sale for £1) to my basket to make all the offers valid. But in the end this lot only cost me £11.35 including 3 for 2, £5 off and 10% off, instead of a huge £38.

Seventeen Lip Crayon gift set - £5 in sale. This was second on my wishlist to the Clinique whole lotta chubby set but they sold out of them before christmas. Although a little cheaper they still seem to be very pigmented and for only £5 for 4 lip crayons, I couldn't pass on the bargain! 

Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet liquid lipstick in Nude-ist - £9. These have been on my wishlist for so long and I'm glad I've finally got one! They're a little expensive but I had a boots gift card so I thought I would treat myself.

In terms of deals, the Body Shop is pretty good unfortunately I completely forgot about most of them! There is currently a code for 30% off non-sale items which I forgot to bring with me. Also when you spend £5 or more on your receipt you get £10 off a £25 spend, so you only have to spend £15 so I could have got a lot more for even less! Oh well, looks like it's another trip back to the body shop...

First of all I use my trusty St Ives invigorating apricot scrub. If you been on my blog for a while you'll know I love this stuff and it's most definitely my all time favourite scrub (review here). Next up I use my Body Shop Cool and creamy tea tree wash. I've gone through so many bottles of this stuff! It's great at combating spots really quickly and leaves your face feeling squeaky clean (in a good way). For moisturiser I'm using the Palmers Cocoa butter formula. I don't like most face moisturisers as I find them quite thin, whereas this is a lot thicker which I prefer as I get eczema. And it smells great! If I'm in need of a facemask I reach for my Body Shop Seaweed ionic clay mask. This is great for combating oily skin and it also helps to soothe your skin which is great for when my eczema is playing up. Finally for my arms where most of my eczema occurs I use Nip +  Fab Pistachio body butter. Again I don't think I could rave more about this stuff. It's amazing at getting rid of my eczema and keeping it away and smells great. It was discontinued and is now only sold in Savers so I don't know what I'll do when they're all sold out of it!

Most of this is a new range of makeup poundland has brought out but there are a few other bits and bobs and some thing from the body shop. 

The Body shop cocoa butter (normally £5) but free as I got a new Love Your Body card as mine expired. I also got the Tea Tree Cool and creamy wash for only £2 as I had a Body Shop gift voucher in my Glamour magazine. This is the third tube I've got through so it's definitely one of my holy grail products! Also in the Glamour magazine you got a free Nails Inc. nail polish, I went for Marylebone Mews which is a purple toned grey, perfect for this time of the year. 

I won't go into too much detail with these products as I will be doing a full post on them, but from the new Poundland makeup range I got a pressed powder, blush, and 2 eye shadows.

(Really bad photo, sorry!) I also got from the range a lipstick, mascara, 2 nail polishes and a foundation.

I was really happy to find this The Kooks cd as well in poundland as I've been um-ing and ah-ing as to whether to buy this album, but I found it for a pound which is great! I also found this acrylic lipstick holder which is great for a pound, as for brands like muji you can be paying up to £25 for acrylic storage.

Why, hello there...

Better late than never. I think I've only ever done one or two of these the whole time I've been blogging...

I either forget or it just ends up being the same products every month. But for once I've actually got some new products that I've been loving this past month, so let's get started!

1. Got2b Beach Matt Salt Spray (£2.50 from Savers). This was brilliant for when I went on holiday and when I was at my holiday camp as you don't have a huge time to get ready, or I just couldn't be bothered to style my hair. It makes your hair go nice and curly without going crispy like some other salt sprays. It's normally £4.07 in Boots but I got it for only £2.50 in Savers.

2. P.S Love Lipstick (£1 from Primark). I was really surprised with the quality of this lipstick considering it's from primark and it's only £1. It has no shimmer in it which is perfect for me, it's really creamy and it smels just like Love hearts...bit bizarre but I love it!

3. Vineyard Peach body mist (£7.50 from The Body Shop). I actually got this for only £3.15 as there was an offer for their card members which is a big bonus. It has such a fresh, fruity scent that's not too over-powering and does actually smell just like peach! Love. It.

4. Paint pot in Painterly (£15.50 from Mac). Although the most expensive make up product I have ever bought, it is brilliant. It doesn't crease and makes a great base for eye shadow. Just a shame about the price tag...

5. Tea Tree Cool and creamy wash (£5 from The Body Shop).  I am in love with this stuff. Again not the cheapest of face washes but I will definitely have to repurchase this. It leaves my skin feeling so incredibly fresh, almost tingly (but in a good way) after using it and it really helps with spots. I'll be doing a full review of it soon so look out for that!

6. Coconut Body Oil (£2.54 from Boots). I've been using this on my legs after shaving (TMI?) as I get really itchy because of my eczema. I heard this is great for skin so I gave it a go and it's pretty good! Made my legs look a bit better, and a bit is better than nothing.

7. Aberto Balsam shampoo in Mandarin and Papaya (£1 from Poundland). This is currently in a travel bottle, so we'll ignore that. I can't get enough of the smell, it's so so so good! It's pretty good for only £1 so I don't really have much more to say!

Why, hello there...

I turned 18! Finally... I've seen a few other people do these sorts of posts and they're normally quite popular. As well as these presents I got money to go towards a new guitar and some other bits. I also got a new laptop about a month ago because my old one was dying right in the middle of exams! DISCLAIMER this is not me trying to brag, I appreciate all the gifts I received and most people enjoy these posts and I hope you do to!

First of all I got a cute little trinket box from my grandma with 18 on the top, I'll probably use this for my spare bracelets. I got 3 mini satsuma Body Shop bits from my aunty which is perfect for when I go away in the holidays. Next up is an Impulse Models own set which includes an impulse spray, models own nail polish in Coral Reef and a 4-way-buffer from a friends (she also got me the Ed Sheeran CD bottom left, which is INCREDIBLE, go by it). Next up is this cute make up bag from M&S which is what the body shop bits came in, which is great because I really need a new make up bag and this one is really sturdy. My cousin made me a loom band bracelet! I've actually wanted one of these and I don't know how to make them so this was really sweet, and its in my favourite set of colours - orange, pink, and green (watermelon colours, I don't know I just like them). I got this really nice bracelet from Accessorize which although it is really pretty, I don't actually wear these kinds of bracelets, but my aunty gave me the gift receipt and said it would be fine is I exchanged it, but I really do like this bracelet!

I then got some stationary stuff - highlighters and notepads - which have owls on them which are my fave! From my mums friend I got a silver key necklace which is great as I don't have many silver pieces. Lastly I got this really nice personalised hanging decoration from a family friend. It's a really nice keep-sake to remember my 18th

This beach towel was also from my aunty, with beach flip flops on them, which will be great for the trips away our family has planned for the summer. My parents also got me my favourite kind of chocolates - pralines, and I have definitely started devouring them already...

Finally I got a duvet set with a map of paris print on it which is really nice as I already have something similar for London.

So that's what I got for my birthday! Again a massive thank you to everyone who gave me presents/money, it's very much appreciated!

Why, hello there...

So, here's what I've been buying. I bought this stuff a few weeks ago and I went shopping today, so look out for another haul post soon!

1. Select Black and white striped T-shirt, £6. Im starting to get into plain tops/fitted t-shirts and also monochrome sort of things so this was just what I was looking for. It has the rolled up sleeves and it's not quite cropped, but on the shorter side, which is quite nice. Not a bad buy..

2. Allura (Poundland) nail caviar, £1. Good ol' Poundland. I've been wanting to try nail caviar for a while now and spotted these. You get 12 different colours but you don't get a massive amount in each vile, but you wouldn't expect much less from Poundland. Might do a review on these.

3. The Body Shop 'Born lippy' lip balm - Toffee, £3. I had a few spare pounds left on a voucher from christmas which was burning a hole in my pocket so I thought I would give this a go. I've done a review of it for Nicole's blog, ColeoftheBall, which will be up soon so go check out her blog!

4. Gosh Matte top coat, £4. Matte nails seem to be the new in-thing, so instead of buying individual matte nail polishes, I thought it would be more cost efficient to just buy a matte top coat. 

5. H&M Set of 4 midi rings, £1.99. I've actually taken these back as they were too small and wasn't overly fussed about getting a bigger size, but they're just simple midi rings with different colour stones in each, good for stacking.

6. Allura (Poundland) Tangle attack, £1. The poundlands answer to the tangle teaser. The quality isn't great as it is just cheap plastic, but it does have the same concept with longer and shorter bristles. I think it's great as I can't justify spending £10 on a brush and it does just the same job for a fraction of the price.

7. Herbal Essences shampoo - coconut, £1. I've tried the Bee Strong scent, so I thought I would give this one a go. so good so far.

Why, hello there...

Before blogging I had 2 lipsticks from Collection 2000 and I never worn them because they were dry and not really my colours so I didn't dare brave to buy anymore. Now after blogging for 6 months I've ventured out and started to build up my collection, and thought I would share with you guys what I currently have!

As you can see, it's not a massive collection, but it's a start! Two of them I won in competitions (3rd and 4th along) but the others I bough, and love them so much! I can definitely see a lipstick obsession arising...

My most used one is the MUA Power Pout, partly because I've had it for the longest, but it's so easy to wear with everything. It's kind of a 'your lips but better shade' which is perfect for school or if your in a rush. My current favourite is the MUA Matte one in Wild Berry. It's such a beautiful plum colour and has a nice finish. I did a review of it here. The Body shop Lipstick applies so well and smooth, but has a sort of matte finish. I love wearing this when I'm wearing blue or fancy a change.

Why, hello there...

Yes, this is rather late.. but I've had other posts that I wanted to do first that this post got put behind, but it's here now! I got a superdrug voucher from my grandma which I'm incredibly great full for! The stippling brush and lip butter have been on my wish list for so long so I'm very happy with these and it's also my first real techniques brush!

Then I have a body shop card which gives me 10% off so this lovely little lot was only £13.50!
